Femern Business Park was established by the leaders behind three local companies: BM Steel Construction, Euro Workers and Lidsø Gods. Femern Business Park is home to a variety of businesses and offers, among other things, office and warehouse facilities, housing, temporary workers in most industries, experienced welders, cars, tools, security guards, cleaning, catering, materials, etc.
FB Suppliers, Femern Belt Suppliers, have gathered all local skilled trades and services in a one-point-of-contact network concept to facilitate access for all parties in one project; the network consists of more than 100 members.
Femern Service Partners, FESPA, is a local network collaboration with about 35 partners. FESPA provides total package solutions within, for example, transportation, logistics and port operations, as well as complete and energy-optimised site accommodation.
Femern Agency is a single point of contact for all who will work with the construction and is expected to have an office near the construction site in Rødbyhavn. Femern Agency is a governmental collaboration that aims to create a smooth and efficient regulatory control of the labour force for the Femern project. Femern Agency is a link to state and other relevant stakeholders that perform governmental duties primarily related to the entry, reception and residence of foreign workers.

The closeby ”Transport Centre Cargo Syd” supports all types of cargo trucks including the extended, modular units. The transport centre offers one-point-of-contact services, e.g. customs clearance, service and repair of trucks, fuel-facilities, redistribution of goods, café, storage, payment of road tax, office facilities, etc.
Two major harbours to Europe
Gedser and Rødby harbours with the Gedser–Rostock and Rødby–Puttgarten ferry lines are the major ports between Europe and Scandinavia – and the two European transport corridors (the East European and the West European) meet at Lolland-Falster.
